LONGEVITY IMPACT
By studying centenarians, we demonstrated that centenarians have a controlled inflammation and stress and high activity mitochondria, which can be supported by mitochondria supplements.
We started a project “Reversed 100” to determine the metabolites behind the perfect homeostasis of centenarians, exploring potential metabolite therapy applications.
Instead of approaching the “health issue to solution” model, we approached the “optimum health model to perfect homeostasis body”, a principle central to longevity science.
We identified 30 types of strains that we called super bacteria responsible for producing unique matrix of metabolites.
We start to realize that beyond good or bad bacteria the real question is to differentiate strong and weak microbiome.

12 experienced mountaineers were recruited and randomly assigned to take 500 mg capsules of either Oxy-288 or placebo for 4 weeks prior to a new mountaineering expedition. Mitochondrial health and stress related markers were assessed before and after the expedition.
