Japanese Flower Design Craftsmanship Meets Ninapharm’s Longevity Project. 100 Roses to Live Gracefully to 100 Years Old

Osaka, Japan — 2025/06/03

At Expo 2025 Osaka, the world witnessed a unique harmony between Japanese floral artistry and microbiome-based longevity science. In an emotionally resonant performance, Master Taeko Amino, Japan’s leading flower artist, arranged a bouquet of 100 organic Nina roses while the ethereal notes of a Stradivarius violin filled the air.

“This is the first time in my artistic career that I’ve performed flower design with the music of a Stradivarius violin,” said Taeko Amino, President of AMINO Co., Ltd., with heartfelt emotion. The historic violin—known for aging gracefully—symbolized the theme of longevity, mirroring Ninapharm’s commitment to graceful aging through advanced microbiome science.

The organically grown roses from Nagano Prefecture, aptly named Nina, carried a deeply elegant fragrance. As the bouquet took shape, it became a living metaphor for the beauty and power of aging gracefully—a philosophy deeply rooted in both art and science.

Amid the gentle strains of a Stradivarius, Taeko Amino crafts a floral masterpiece with quiet precision.

The event was more than a visual performance—it was a gathering of minds. A panel discussion followed, highlighting women’s empowerment and healthy longevity, led by Femmes du Monde, a Geneva-based nonprofit supporting the advancement of women worldwide.

Over 130 women gathered in the French Pavilion’s conference room, celebrating the message that longevity is not just about age—it’s about vitality, elegance, and purpose. The event concluded with a moving Vivaldi concert, capping a perfect symphony of flowers, science, and female empowerment.
